Returns & Refunds

The products may be returned if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Return within 30 days of the delivery date for an immediate refund or exchange. Please email us toyzanimestore@gmail.com for more details on the returns and refunds. We regret we can not refund delivery charges or postage costs for returns.

Except in the unlikely instance of a performance problem items that are returned must be in new and unused condition and secured in undamaged and original packaging or refunds cannot be made. We will happily pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Before you return your item please contact us by sending an email stating the reason for return, your email address and a contact phone number.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. It is advisable to insure, use a traceable carrier or if mailed from an Australian Post keep your receipt as proof you have mailed your return.

 

Consumer Guarantees

Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the application of those guarantees. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website at https://www.consumerlaw.gov.au. If a product has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement. If a product has a major defect, you are entitled to:

  • reject the goods and receive a refund
  • reject the goods and receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available, or
  • keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.

If you think that a Product is defective you should contact us toyzanimestore@gmail.com and our Customer Service Representative will assist you. A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim. Where a Product is defective and needs to be replaced return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Toyz Anime.
